The Layup Shop Bern combines an exclusive range of products for streetwear aficionados, vinyl lovers and urban artists.
In the field of graffiti and art supplies the Layup Shop Bern offers a comprehensive range of spray cans, markers and accessories from the best manufacturers on the market. With the choice of over 600 colors that are always in sufficient quantities in stock, it’s Switzerland’s largest selection of spray cans. Included are among others the complete color palette of the MTN 94 and Hardcore2 400ml spray cans of Montana Colors as well as the 2G Colors, MTN Mega, MTN Maxximo, K-750 and Water Based 300 spray cans. From Molotow we carry the complete range of the Belton Molotow Premium 400ml cans, the Burner Chrome and Covers All and the Flame Orange cans. Of course, all important caps are always on stock, too. There are hundreds of markers available, from Touch Twin and Stylefile for sketches on paper, acrylic markers such as the Molotow One4All or Posca for canvases to the tag markers of Grog and On The Run. Black Books, canvases and all other things that an urban artist’s heart desires are available, too. A large selection of the latest graffiti magazines, books and DVDs from all around the world is also at your disposal.
In our well-stocked record department all vinyl lovers will find a wide range of records from Hiphop to House. Weekly supply ensures that the choice of records is always up to date. There are turntables where you can listen to the latest releases.
In our streetwear range you’ll find a fine selection of some of the coolest brands from Europe and the USA, as for example Cleptomanicx, Rebel8, OBEY Clothing, LRG, laser BCN, Wrung, Mishka, Flexfit and The Quiet Life as well as some local Swiss labels such as King Ego Clothing, Still Alive, Ruff Kid, We Are V and many more. From t-shirts to sweaters and hoodies to jackets, from caps and beanies to socks, boxershorts and other accessories, there’s an exclusive range available for selecting and trying on.

The Layup Shop Bern is located centrally near the Bern main train station and within walking distance of the trains, tram and bus stops.
Tram / bus stops: “Hirschgraben” or “Bahnhof” (all lines).
By train: From the platform go up the stairs through the exit “Welle”, walk down the “Schwanzenstrasse” for 50m and then turn into the first street on the left (“Bogenschützenstrasse”).
By car: the “Bahnhof Parking” car park is located in short walking distance of the shop. It’s accessible and signposted from the motorway exits “Forsthaus” or “Neufeld”. From the “Bahnhof Parking” you reach the Layup Shop Bern walking through the exit “Parkterasse” and along the “Postauto-Bahnhof” within a few minutes. For short pick-up and loading of goods there is a cargo handling parking space just in front of the shop.

Rebel8 by Mike Giant – exclusive in Switzerland!
The Californian cult brand REBEL8 is deeply rooted in graffiti, skateboard and tattoo culture. REBEL8 founder Joshy D. met Mike Giant in the late 1990’s in San Francisco’s then bustling graffiti scene. Joshy ran the popular graffiti website, HiFiArt, and Giant was one of the city’s most notorious writers. Years later, after an organic friendship developed between the two, Joshy approached Giant about creating a handful of t-shirt graphics. In 2003, with just $500, Joshy printed a small run of tees and sold them out of a messenger bag around the city. REBEL8 was born. REBEL8 is one of the last authentic brands left that incorporate original artistic works within their pieces. Many graphics within the REBEL8 product line are hand illustrated, with no computer generated enhancements or manipulations. The man behind this original artwork at REBEL8 is the legendary tattoo and graffiti artist Mike Giant.
